Here's about the only good shot we have. Took the wings off and it's good for removing about 100lb.

Launches straight as an arrow. Pretty much no skill required except make sure nothing bad happens.

It's nice showing up and running a faster time than a purpose built car on your first run. Example of slower vehicles:

Same with Fl. Dune buggies are legal.

I doubt that'd be legal around here lmao... pretty sweet though.

Ran a 6.92 @98mphin the 1/8 mile. I think that converts to low 10's which is respectable because that was the first time he'd ever run a car on a track. Not to mention it is a factory motor with a cam to make it sound mean. I think we should be able to dial it down to mid 6's though.

Helped him start on a second car that's going up to South Dakota. It's running a 400hp 350 backed by a Turbo 350 (we'll see how long that lasts) with a Currie 9" only 4.xx gears (he's going to be disappointed after driving with the 6.23s in the first car).

I'll try and get a few pics of it next time.

This is way more fun than the horrible job I have now. If only it paid full-time. Also currently drawing up plans for a 3rd car that will be a 2 seat-er.
