yes with paintshop :-) It's a plug in for paint shop pro I have the other program but I was looking around and I use paintshop a lot so I got the plug in...it's pretty cool can change a ton of stuff to fit it to what you want.

Here's my results... using photomatix, you can really play around with levels until you get the desired result. For some reason it got resized, but you get the idea.

Well, here's my first go, I'm having a hard time figuring out exactly what does what, but I think Photomatix is pretty cool!
