I use photoshop for the blending and cutting of the pics, then I finish it with photoscape to add text/details/borders etc. I only have the trial to photoshop right now because I lost the full version when I got my new computer.
I have a buddy that has the full version, though, so I'm gunna borrow it from him when my trial expires.
