Sorry guys...I haven't been on much at all this weekend lol. We had such amazing weather I didn't spend much time inside. Hell, I even broke out the shorts today! My buddy also just bought a condo, which he completely gutted so I spent a lot of time over there helping paint and whatnot.
I've been slacking a lot on the contest lately..but with that said, interest and participation has dropped a lot also. Maybe it's the categories? I'm not sure...maybe we should move to longer then bi-weekly? (which will work better for me). I'm thinking 2 weeks for entries, 1 week for voting?

Cool! Yeah Daytona Beach is only a 40 minute drive from my place. What were you there for?

 

I was there for the Daytona Twin 150's, truck race and the 500 a few years back. First and only Nascar race I will ever go to. Its not as great as everyone makes it out to be live. You see the cars for 3-5 seconds a lap and its really loud, which normally wouldn't bother me, but after 4 hours its gets kinda annoying. It was a nice trip all-in-all. We rented a mustang and drove down to key west. THAT was fun!

 

If you sit high enough, it's easier to see.
We went to the Daytona 500 this year and worked as vendors for my own project graduation. It was okay. I prefer the Daytona 200, which is a bike race for those who don't know. Much more interesting to watch. That's what I was actually doing last Friday.
