That's up to the mods, but I'd say "No." The whole idea of these Photoshop contests are to take a stock picture, and see who can make the best modifications to it... not come up with a totally new pic.

 

I'd have to agree with this. The point of this contest is to photoshop pics. That pic would be eligible in a photography contest though (should it apply to that weeks category)

Lol, thanks, I did what I wanted, I just edited my original post... The VW logo is now a peace sign... and I added the original picture in the upper left.
