Default Pinups!

I recently got the opportunity to work on a sketch card set for a project called "Mixtape" headed by one of my favorite artists, Jim Mahfood a.k.a. FoodOne. The subject was awesome. Pinups. Here's a preview of one of the cards I drew. I can't show any more until after July 31st, though. :/

Pencil, ink, prismacolor marker.

Let me know what you think!

I have always liked Pinups, especially on old WW2 war planes. In fact I think I have abook someplace in my basement with some. I also like fantasy art. You have some talent there keep at it.

Thanks. I did one card that was a WWII pinup. One of the best eras of pinups. I'm not huge on fantasy art, but Frank Frazetta was awesome - the best. I was taught in art school by Rowena Morrill, she's amazing.

I have a comic coming out in October. It'll be available on the iPad, iPhone, Android, and in print. I'll post something about it then.

cool! definately be watching for that.

i'm with you DKS, been a major fan of pinup art forever. also a fan of the fantasy art & Japanese animation (Anime), particularly Osamu Tezuka-he's known as the "Godfather of Anime" (he's also the creator of Astro Boy).

awsome work on the first card you've shown us. hopefully you'll be sharing some more once the end of the month rolls by.

keep up the good work.
