he did my current one. i just feel like its a little out of date.

 

I make mine with Gimp2 (a free photoshop-like program) with lots of time and patients. (I can't seem to spell the real word I'm looking for, but this one sounds the same)

Patience I use Photoshop CS6... cause I'm badass :P I'm learning new things on it all the time. lol
