Default Blue Film on Outside of Windows?

Hey everyone,
When I bought my Jimmy a few months ago, I noticed there was a slight blue haze to the outside of the driver's side window. Tried normal glass cleaner and a microfiber, scrubbing it--the only thing that seems to take it off is a razor blade. Only problem is that it pretty much covers nearly half the window. I just got my two front windows tinted, and now it's even more noticeable.

Does anyone have any idea how to get the darn stuff off?

Thanks

Seems like a razor blade is going to be your only choice unfortunately. It's alright it doesn't take very long at all. Had some 20 year old tint on the two rear side windows and the large far back window got it all scraped off with a blade in less then an hour of actually working at it ( had to keep taking breaks to help customers since I was doing it while I was at my actual work )
