Castrol Super Clean cuts that brake dust just by showing the bottle to the brake dust, if that dosen't work spray it on. You can spray it on a dry wheel and let sit about a minute then rinse off. Respray and use wheel brush. Then get a power ball and some Comet softscrub. For chrome and bare alloys use powerball and Brasso. Wash the brasso off and it will leave a residue that repels water like wax. Just did this last week on some Prowler wheels. Worked great. Careful the Super Clean will remove the first layer of skin off your hands. Wash it off pretty quickley, unless you are into that sandpaper hand thing.
