i dont think u can get it iff. it is stuck on there with glue or someting. i know that u can just sand it up a little bit to get it rough so paint will stick and put newspaper behind it and painters blue masking tape and u should be good just doing it while its on the truck.

It's really quite easy to remove.

First: Pop the hood

Second: Reach down behind the grill and locate two nuts behind the emblem.

Third: Find the right size socket and remove the nuts.

The emblem can then be pulled out. I hope this helps, this is how it is on my 94.

My 98 worked about the same way. I had to remove the grille in order to access the bolts though. I ended up just using a sticker on mine though (seen above in my avatar)

I had to replace the chevy emblem on my 96 LS Blazer since mine was half broken. So, I went to a local junk yard to pull any parts for my blazer. I found the chevy emblem on another blazer and I was able to peel it off like a sticker. I didn't have to deal with removing any nuts or bolts to remove the chevy emblem.

Same here, turned out pretty good, atleast I think it did.
I ended up painting the honeycomb part black then color matched the rest.
