Default Longest time youve spent cleaning your Blazer

lolz my parents just gave me their old 98, 4 door blazer because they upgraded to a 05 dodge dakota and it was how do you say "work truck" so i just spent 3 hours vacuuming all the junk out of it and armorall-ling the interior, now it looks mint! haha well besides the stains in the back and the trashed carpet in the front but hey what do you want out of 280,000 she still runs strong!

Was the day I bought my car I spend a good 6 hours cleaning it because I bought it off of a friend that had it sitting on his farm for years.

5 hours... right in the spring,
Interior: vacuum, wipe down the entire interior, pull the seats out and paint the rusted brackets, scrape the salt off the carpet, shampoo the carpet, clean all the windows

Exterior: powerwash undercarriage, engine bay shampoo, put summer rims back on after cleaning them with a tooth brush, wash & Wax

My GF thought I was nuts lol, but I HATE a dirty vehicle... my Sierra is dirty right now, along with the floor. I love the vinyl floor though because vacuum + spray fantastik + wipe with clean rag = CLEAN

5+, the usual wash+wax, vacuum, washing windows (interior/exterior) removing stains, clay barring, some rubbing compound around a few of the scratches, lens fog remover.....

that kinds stuff

Default I have spent a day before cleaning

On my old 83 2 door s10 blazer. I spend a day cleaning. I started with all the cracks using a tooth brush or air compressor. Then a good wipe down of all the panels. A nice vac, carpet shampoo and revac the next day. Also during that day a good wash and wax. Polished the chrome. Looked like brand new. In fact it looked and ran so good. (At that time) everybody thought it was a 88 or 89 and this was like 92/93 when I got the compliments. I hope this 93 ends up looking that good. The thing I'm looking foward to on the 93 s10 4 door I got is I get to pick the paint color I want. But the downside is cost and probably a couple years away. I have a list of other things to do. Including cleaning the 93. lol

Thanks,

Josh
