Obviously it's starting to get colder out in the morning, is there something I can coat the windshield with to keep it from freezing up in the morning?

I don't think there is anything to really do to keep your windows from sticking when its cold, except park in a garage. But if your talking about frost or dew try putting some Rain X on all your windows and it should just bead up and not stick as much. Either way the best answer would be is don't park outside.

Yea, I meant frost, I got some rain x so I will see how that works.

Garaging it is not an option being as my Dad puts his car in there.

Throw a blanket or towel over the front windshield. All you have to do in the morning is remove the towel and hang it in the garage to dry. Your windshield will be clear.

Oh, also...if it is just a little frost and a little cold outside, just spray your windshield washers.

try a product called frostbuster. it does what it says, busts frost. works great. or you could put a small heater in your rig and plug it in at night.
