Default 4.3 L cleaning

hello i was wondering if any1 out there knew bout a good motor cleaning kit, I have a feelin that my motor all gunked up and needs a good cleaning, does it need rebuild or is there a good kit?? thanks

Seafoam FTW!! cleans out all that nasty carbon do a search for seafoam you'll find tons of threads telling you how to do it
