wow looks great jason
well i kind of hit a stand still. we are missing the 4x4 shifter and mechanism soi paid these guys at a auto wrecker 150 bucks so they will take the engine and transmission out of one of their blazers to let me get at the shifter mechanism and stuff
so that kinda sucks but o well
oh and for those wheels i showed u wat i didnt realize was that they are actually floaters and my cost with discount is 1500 a wheel lol
so ya im getting a quote on these two wheels here...

Damn 50g's that would help. I like the first wheels better. I don't really like all the rivet looking parts on wheels. I also just powder coated a set of the second set a few weeks ago. Guy had the wheels (boss) paid like $4k a wheel and the chrome was flaking off after a year. I think they were 20's though, not for a blazer though.

lol 4g's a wheel and they started flaking after a year?
what a ripoff!
but it turns out that neither of those 2 wheels i showed u would fit because of the offset
my boss said very few 20's will fit on my truck so i bought these 18's!
i personally like the rivets
not too sure why they just look nice in my opinion
my tires come in tomorrow i paid 1700 for 4 wheels and tires which is a great deal
these would have run u about 2500+ for 4 with tires so ya
ill get a pic with my tires and everything when they come in
hope ya like em cause i do hehe

Hey it's not if I like them, or anyone else for that matter, but as long as you do. That's all that counts. How come you didn't want to use adapters/spacers? I bought some 1.25" and 1.5" spacers for my truck to stick the wheels out a little further. I got my fender flares (gonna work with those on the weekend), TV Cable, power steering hose. Should get a little more work done hopefully on the weekend.

but i wouldnt really want my wheels any further out anyways since mines not really going to be a 4x4 beast like yours

Looks like the power steering hose is going to work, just hope it doesn't leak. Maybe I will work on the flares this weekend so I can put the front back on it soon.

sounds good
i got my tranny transfer case and everything in today
replaced my rocker pannels and started getting it ready for paint
im just repainting the whole truck
i might as well repaint it all because i would have to repaint so much already because of rust
but jason i was wondering what u did for the spedometer?
the spedo on my 86 was mechanical and the spedo for the 91 transfercase and tranny that i have is electric
so im kind of stuck on what to do about that
i might just leave it with no spedo cause theres a good chance it will be hours apon hours of work to get that stupid thing to work

Well there are a couple ways to fix that. Check bowtieoverdrives.com maybe. I won't have that problem since I am using the same transfercase that I had. My speedo will be out but I will work on calibrating it later. You could also change the gauge cluster out for one that is digital.
