Details...? You are severely lacking them...

Generically, I will say no.

Default lil better detals

i have a 1987 chevy blazer with the 350 with the old throttle body injection and i found a four barrle injection heres the link http://fuelairspark.com/ezefi/default.asp so im wondering if the tbi manifolds are like the carbrated ones and have the 2 barrle intake and have a 4 barrle intake, but the site says i dont have to buy a new intake but if its a 2 barrle intake then how would that work out for the 4barrle tbi
its kind of confuseing to me it says i can bolt it right on but i have a 2barrle tbi should i just take off the tbi i have and see if it has the full open intake that can make it 4 barrle?

The fuel injection you are looking at is for the replacement of a four barrel carb so you would need a 4 barrle carb intake

Exactly as jacobcnc stated, that setup is a replacement for a 4-barrel carb, not for a factory TBI.

What are you hoping to accomplish with such a swap? If more performance is what you are looking for, I would look into a tune before modifying the TBI system. At the most, you may need to put an adjustable fuel pressure regulator onto the TBI, but that is after you have done other supporting mods (cam, headers, head work, etc).
