Poor Idle and Stalling....
The problem is there regardless of how much fuel is in the tank, but the converter sounds like it could be a problem too. For the past few months, the cat would stink after any kind of hard acceleration. Hopefully the bolts arn't too rusty, maybe I can drop the cat and take it for a spin and see if the problem is still there.
it could be the fuel lines internal in the upper manifold leaking or the more common FPR leaking down the passenger side..Do you have the CPI or the TBI manifold. The CPI would have the internal fuel lines (nut kit) that would leak. If you have to replace FPR get the Nut kit too they are inexpensive compared to pulling the upper intake a second time to fix them...The FPR hangs off the fuel injector metering block (spider) on the passenger side they have updated versions that are replaceable. It is possible that the poppets are leaking or the metering block o-rings. Then you will have no choice but to fix or replace the metering block. Some newer blocks have an o-ring kit available to the mechanic that would fix any leaks not sure if your year is the same...

I have the CPI manifold, Im going to try and do some work this week. Ill post up if i get any more info. Thanks guys!
Well I just pulled the intake off and I found a small puddle on the passanger side of the intake. It looks like it was leaking from the regulator. I found the Delco spider injector kit for $200 and the feed and return lines for another $50. I just ordered them, so I hope this takes care of my problem. Thanks for everybodys help!!
