[4WD] cable leaking oil at the differential point

Default [4WD] cable leaking oil at the differential point
Oil seems to be leaking where the cable connects to the differential. Any advice on how to diagnose or fix? adding photos and videos for reference.

Need to pull axle tube and R & R that seal. GM 26036438 I believe is the seal.
