I have an 01 Blazer with a 4.3 liter engine with 148,000 miles. When the engine starts it runs very rough but about 2 minutes or one mile later it smooths out to almost no problem at all.
Does anyone have any suggestions where I can look? No codes

 

Check fuel pressure during the malfunction and report. Sticky on dong this at the top of 2nd gen forum.
