the problem started a month or 2 ago, when i start it, it takes like 3-7 seconds to start or you just have to try again. it might just be a spark plug or electrical issue but i just want some input if anyone can help at all

 

Use the KISS method. Do a load test on your battery first. A weak battery would cause exactly what you are experiencing.

If your battery load tests fine the next step after that would be to inspect your battery cables. They're quite prone to corrosion which will cause a significant increase in resistance and difficulty supplying power to the starter.
