Hey everybody, this is my first post, so I apologize if I screwed up the placement.

I've got a 2003 Blazer LS w/ 167,000 miles. This morning she sputtered super hard upon acceleration. I pulled over and let her idle, and the sputter was there, but not as noticeable. As I accelerated it came back. It seemed to pass after getting out of first gear. At this point my 'Check Engine' light flashed a few times and went off. I noticed there is a slight 'whine' when it is in Drive or Reverse, but not Park.

Things I've replaced on it over the years:
Fuel pump
Radiator
Starter

Any insight on possible problems is greatly appreciated.
