Default 1980 K10 evap help?

Hey sorry, I didn't know where else to put this really. Well I went to emissions and failed pretty badly haha. Hydrocarbon and monoxide levels were high and I need cats and they told me that my evap system needed some kinda hose on it? Anybody wanna help me with this evap system crap?

A typical EVAP system will have a line running from the fuel tank to the charcoal canister under the hood. There will be two other lines from the charcoal canister, the carb bowl vent and the canister purge line. The carb bowl vent line just goes to an upper tap off of the carb, not to a manifold vacuum source. The canister purge line goes to a ported vacuum source on the carb which is a vacuum source that only has vacuum under certain throttle positions.
