1993 Blazer fullsize stalling w/o gas applied
hey everyone,
I have a 1993 blazer fullsize, 5.7L 350. Whenever I start it I have to hold down the gas pedal. Once it starts and I release the pedal to let it go to idle, it just stalls. A friend told me it might be the EGR valve so about a week ago, I pulled it off and flushed it out. It ran good for a week and now it has the same problem. Can anyone help me out? What could be causing this?

Check the fuel injector. is it a CPI or TBI motor? Gas may be getting into the oil. I have a 93 s10 blazer 4.3L CPI and had the same problem. Switched the spider injector and ran like a dream. Pull the dipstick and see if the oil smells like gas
