that is your pcv valve. that tube needs to go on the intake. mine is a 2001 but theses shuid give you some idea

 

that is the breather tube it goes to the air cleaner box on the 93 cpi look at your air filter box and there should be a nipple on it

 

yup its right by the filter housing
