2 Attachment(s)
I have a 1994 Chevy Full Size Blazer 4x4 with the 5.7 350

my oil pressure started acting up the other day and my CEL came on.
got underneath it ad looks like its leaking some..

not sure where its leaking, but I want to do a fresh oil change and get it to a shop...

is this the drain plug, and oil pan?

yeah thats the drain plug and the oil filter right above it. but i would say that the tranny isnt leaking, i would say that its a rear main seal. need to pull the oil pan if its not a one piece. and you need to pull the trans back.

good luck.

if the rear is leaking would it be leaking tranny fluid? oil is def leaking and there is some red fluid also

im going to do a oil change and probably stick it in a shop...not set up to do that myself
