I purchased a 1995 Blazer Chevy 4x4 4.3L V6 as a tow truck for my Zuk and 2nd car for wife. It starts every other day then runs rough with no power. When it wont start it has good spark and 60psi at fuel rail egr is clean and has new fuel filter, no engine lights popping up. This thing is driving me crazy (and i thought about putting one of these junk engines in my Zuk). Any one have any ideas other then porring gasoline on it lighting it on fire?

Some people have had problems with the connection to the injector on the CPI spider inside the intake. If this were the case, it could definitely cause the intermittent issues you are having.

Does the pressure bleed down when the pump shuts off?

 

it stays around 58 psi
