Default 1997 jimmy idle

Alright, so I just got this jimmy thinking the idle isn't a big deal, I ran my 1990 f250 with a rough idle for 2 years. the more digging I do, the more complicated it gets. The idle is low around 500-600 rpm, slightly rough and sometimes hesitates. Funny thing is, I'll turn on the AC, and it'll be completely smooth, staying around 800 rpm. What the hell is going on?

The check engine light finally stayed on long enough to pull codes, and of course they're one of the most vague codes you can get (it seems). P0171 and P0174

Now it's starting to stall on stops :/
Ook, after I unplugged the mass airflow sensor it hasn't stalled anymore. To boot, I sprayed carb cleaner around the throttle body and the idle changed, so must be a bad gasket. Thanks for nuttin.
