Default 1998 to 2000 motor?

I have a 98 Blazer that has started knocking. Found a 2000 Blazer 4.3 to replace it with. Do I need to change the induction? The knock sensor?
Front cover? Oil lines?
Any help is appreciated!!

Default

Should be identical in every way save for possibly the oil lines & pan which would only be different if it were a 2wd into a 4wd or vice verse.
