Default 1998 Blazer - Please Help

I just had my transmission rebuilt about 6 months ago...I'll be driving (about 55 mph) and I'll be on the gas and my car will "Rev" and the rpms go from 2 to 5 very quickly but the car doesn't accelerate at all and actually slows down. Any ideas what this might be? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

your "rebuilt" transmission is messing up. Maybe slipping, maybe it just cant figure out how to downshift.

TAKE IT BACK!

something isnt right and where ever you had it done should have a warranty. i would take it back to them and let them figure it out. i dont know about the 97-98+ but i know that the 95 and down would eat the valve body in the transmission if they werent rebuilt at the same time.
