2000 2dr blazer, 5 cylinders HELP PLEASE!!!!
I have a 2000 blazer 2wd, 2dr it has 136000 miles and i have a cylinder 3 misfire and ive replaced the plugs twice, cap, rotor, coil and wires and ive also ran injector cleaner twice and cleaned the throttle body. i need help because its been like this for about 3 months now and ive gotten use to the sake it makes at idle. thank you for any feedback.

Have you pulled the spark plug, then plugged it in and grounded it to make sure that you're not getting spark. You may have bad piston rings causing you not to get compression. You could also try a compression test.

yeah I've done the spark plug thing an ended up getting shocked to **** but how much does one of those compression tests run and should i do that through the dealer or my local shop.

You would be better off having your local shop do it. If you want, a compression tester is pretty cheap(around 20 bucks), and you can get directions online of how to do it properly. I have my way, but it's not really the proper way.
