Default 2000 blazer 4x4 WOT no power issue

Hello was wondering if any one could help me out with this problem im haveing. I recently had the trans rebuilt in this blazer for my mother and this weekend i did intake gaskets, plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. When i go WOT as if i was going to pass someone the engine revs up weird and the blazer doesnt gain speed like it should. I have no codes present i haved ohmed out the coil and swapped ICM's with my buddies blazer and still no change. I have also put a temp gun on the cat and i have a 100 degree difference from front to back. Back being hotter. Also checked cam degree on my solus scanner and its sitting at -8 degrees as i crossreferenced my buddies blazer his was sitting at -9. I am a little unsure about timing on these motors as some one told me the degrees should be zero. Not sure if this is tru or not as i can not move the dristributor to change the degrees. Im haveing the same problems as the guy from this post my tach and speedo are doing the same thing his are. https://blazerforum.com/forum/engine...*video*-64435/
