Default 2000 blazer stumble

Hi everybody

New to the forum but have been checking it out for quite some time. I have a question for anybody who whats to read. My wife drives a 2000 blazer with 110,000 miles on it. We go out of town for the weekend and always take my truck. Anyways she says it has a hesitation in it only after sitting for the weekend. She takes it to work Mon thru Fri and doesn't have a problem. We got off vacation and I took it to the store and wow she wasn't lying. Stumbles really bad when cold only after sitting a couple of days. Warms up it seems to be OK. There is a new intake gasket, fuel pump, fuel filter, plugs, wires, rotor, cap. Also a MAF was cleaned. Was wondering if I might have missed something that might be causing this. I have a friend with a 98 blazer and his will run circles around my wifes.

Does the truck run properly once up to temperature on the days that it is acting up? Does it act up more on humid/rainy days than on dry days?

Runs fine after it has acted up. I thought about the more humid and rainy days but it runs fine. I even water misted the cap and wires because I thought with it sitting in the garage on a more humid day was an electrical issue.

My wife says it is starting to act up in the AM while going to work. Any other ideas for me to check out. I don't really know where to try next. Could it be TPS? If anybody thinks it could be Is there a way of checking it?
