Are the back two passages supposed to be sealed?? I havent been able to find any solid information.
I cant imagine why they would be sealed (stock), but I also cant imagine how only 2 passage ways could be 100% clogged? As far as I know, zero stoo leak has ever been added, and she ran perfectly fine up until a couple weeks ago, then she started overheating viciously, volcano eruption out of the radiator, etc etc.
Any information regarding torque sequence for head bolts would be helpful as well (ive found the torque, just not sure on the exact sequence),
much appreciated

Coolant only flows through the intake manifold at the front of the engine. In the rear, the passageways in the heads are blocked by the intake manifold. (See below)
Have you taken your LIM off yet? The gaskets can fail catastrophically and dump coolant directly into the lifter valley if you are unlucky.
I've also attached a scan from my 1999 S/T Service Manual that has the tightening sequence and torque values. You'll need an in-lb torque wrench. Be sure to get the good Fel-Pro gaskets too that have the metal frame.
