Default 2001 Blazer

Standard 4.3 w 106000miles on it.
I had to have the camshaft position sensor replaced. First time the Advance Auto part broke the day after I got the car back.
So, had to have it replaced again.
They drive the car home for me, good guys, everything seems OK.
Next morning my wife goes to take the kid to school get's half way there and the engine light comes on. So she came back.
I drove it, seemed fairly normal until I got into the gas pedal harder then it started to stumble.
The only code that came up is P1345, Crankshaft sensor - Camshaft sensor correlation.
All I've seen is telling me it needs the timing set.
What do I need to do?
Thanks

Could the crank sensor be bad too?

I'm doubting that. There was never a problem with it until the cam sensor was replaced.
