So about a year ago, i had the money to just buy a new pump... fairly easy to install... when it didnt power up, i had to trace it to the fuse block under the battery tray... the connections on the wires were so corroded a couple of them broke without me touching them... i went to the junkyard and got a fuse block off one that was dry in the wheel well, (no corrosion) and wired it up exactly as mine was... i got power at the 30amp fuse and nothing on the 10amp... its a brand new relay in there, and i can swap the relay with a known working relay and still no power to the motor with key on... i had some vacuum line issues but i replaced them all the way to the vacuum switch... There are 2 separate egr vacuum solenoids... the first one is under the radiator on the same frame as the air pump... the 2nd one is on the front fender inside the battery tray... Nothing i have read makes any mention of one on the fender so i have no clue what its for, but theres a harness plugged into it... it looks exactly like the one by the pump... the one by the pump also has a harness plugged into it... It seemed to me that the person i bought the truck from tried to bypass the solenoid next to the pump... ive seen full replacement kits that come like this... however, i have no idea which one is the right one, i have no idea if one of these harnesses is now a dummy plug.... i need some help on this one for sure

Really appreciate this... i had seen somewhere in a thread that capt hook shared something like this... the wiring diagram, i know im wired up correctly... its warmer today and i may go mess around with it later... i know i have constant power at the 30amp, but i dont know that i ever tested at the 10amp with the key on... im gonna start there... Another question is this, the vacuum switch on the bottom of the core support: this harness is where the power will be routed when the system powers it up? the reason that i ask is because in between my battery tray and my radiator overflow tank, like mounted to the stud from the overflow, is another vacuum switch looking exactly the same, with a harness plugged into it... the harness comes from the same loom that the one below comes from, but it looks like separate locations... there is no mention anywhere about the vacuum switch in the fender well... i have no clue what it is... ive seen replacement kits for the air pump, that include everything, and this switch with the hoses looks exactly like that... like it repostitions the switch possibly... idk... but theres a harness at the pump, with a mount for the vacuum switch... when i repaired the vacuum hoses i ran them to the switch next to the pump... idk if the switch is good, idk if either switch is good... ive had this code for a while and last year while trying to deal with these codes for emissions, i replaced the pump itself... however, i think theres an issue in the circuit somehwere and that it never even powered up... or if the switch is meant to shut it off, maybe it never did and the mottor just burned out... im not 100% for sure and i couldnt remove the power harness to actually test the motor... hopefully with the warmer temp, the plug will release and i can test it with direct power
