Default Got pressure finally

Finally got pressure after replacing the fuel pump. Just so forum knows. Anyways I was trying to find TDC now after aldo replacing distributor in this process, but I noticed my crankshaft pulley is bolted stationery but the harmonic balancer behind it for some reason is damaged and just spins freely, so using marks on engine wont work. My question is this, when you pull the crankshaft pulley off there is a notch in it that lines up with notch on crankshaft, is this notch at TDC on either stroke by chance? Is that notch a TDC indicator, if so will it be measured at same engibe marks for tdc?

Default Tdc

With my balancer being damaged and useless in ginding this, once I find compression stroke on cylinder 1, how do I find the two marks needed to use to mark the exact middle of them being the true tdc. Like how do I find those measurements and being exact perfect tdc in my situation?

Default Finally fixed

In the end I got a new distributor and spider and it fixed everything just for an update to all my blazer problems. I got both genuine AC Delco OEM parts for replacement.
