2002 zr2 only shifts manually-no reverse
I have a 2002 ZR2 that the 4l60e was just rebuilt in by a certified GM mechanic. I Installed the trans and verified that the torque converter was seated properly. After install and while still on the lift the tires would spin in drive and reverse. When it was set down it would not pull itself in drive or reverse. Fluid level was verified and topped off. Still same results. Worked through the gears manually and found that second would pull it. I can feel it wanting to catch and try to move.
The guy who rebuilt it scanned with is Tech2 scanner. It says all the clutches are engaging with a manual shift. He took it down the road starting in second and was able to shift all to regular drive but when he slowed it would not down shift unless he did it. Pressure was tested. Drive was a little of 60psi reverse was a little over 90psi. I believe he said drive is supposed to be 100psi or higher and reverse calls for 120psi.
Side note, the person who originally pulled the transmission never disconnected the battery and the truck was dead after install. We did put a battery charger on it to start. I have reset the ECM by disconnecting the battery.
Any help is greatly appreciated

The guy who rebuilt it is checking it over with me. He said he doesn't want paid until it's done right. I was just hoping to see if anyone else had ran into the issue and had got it resolved. He is going to pull the valve body next but unfortunately has to have a wisdom tooth cut out. which puts a delay on the trans.

Why are you pulling it out? The experienced Gm tech is the one who put it together wrong

Basically it's me and a few friends one of which is a Gm certified tech. I pulled the transmission and he took the transmission to work and rebuilt it. I installed it with the help of another friend who owns a shop and has a lift.
