2003 Blazer xtreme 2wd Transmission issues
**To start, I did search for any transmission related threads concerning my issue**
engine/transmission shifts fine below 70mph. On highways, especially when going uphill, accelerating to maintain speed usually causes the engine to rev up to three grand and over. I can only get up to about 73mph and that’s at about 3k rpm. Turning off the engine for a bit seems to fix the issue initially until going uphill or accelerating rapidly. Changed Tran fluid/filter and fixed issue for a few months, fluid was clean with little signs of serious wear or debris. I posted a video for reference. Any feedback will be appreciated, I’m trying to decide if this may be an easy fix, or a drop the transmission fix. Thanks.
