Default Im stumped, it runs great 98% of the time.

Hey all, I have a 2000 4.2 4wd blazer. Wife has been complaining of bogging down issues for several months. Every time I drive it runs fine, but I finally got it to happen to me.

The symptoms I experienced could be best described as dieseling. Except that I'm driving down the road with the ignition on of course. When this happens, the engine is sputtering out, knocking, and there is no acceleration control. The engine doesn't out right stall. There is a strong odor of fuel at this point as well. I've had it happen while hooked up to my bluedriver scan tool and both 02 sensors are maxed on the rich side. long term fuel trims look normal. (within +-5%)

So during these episodes we're able to shut down the engine and try a restart. It may take a minute or too to get it restarted (i think its flooded at this point) after which everything runs fines again.

I do get different codes at times, here's a list of the past month.
P1133
P0122
P1351
P0440
P0135
P0420

Recent work done to fix the issues,
Replaced catalytic converter (was rattling)
Replaced o2 sensor bank 1 (no related codes since changing)
Replaced throttle position sensor
checked for loose wires by shaking them while car is running and visually inspected connections.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
