4l60e shifting problems

4l60e shifting problems
Ok i've looked haven't found a thread on this.
I have a 98 blazer, 4l60e, rebuilt the 4l60e last june. Have 4k miles on transmission and two days ago it started shifting strange.
It shifts through all 3 gears and OD or I am assuming it is as it appears to shift.
1st gear shifts at 3k rpm and mph is 10mph.
2nd gear shifts @ 3krpm and mph is around 20mph
3rd gear shifts @3krpm and mph is around 35mph
While it is in OD, the rpms never drop down to 1250 or so like it is supposed to at that speed. When i go to 45mph the rpms are at 4k.
Something is very wrong here,.
Fluid is full, No codes thrown, zero codes. everything is hooked up right and i am needing to know where to look.
