Default 4L60E Weight

Does anyone know how much a 4L60E weighs, I will be removing mine for rebuild and wondered if I can pull it out by myself?

If you use a trans jack you can. I wouldn't even consider it without a trans jack though. Not sure exactly how heavy it is, but I do know it's plenty heavy enough to do lots of damage if it falls off of a jack onto any part of your body.
