When i put in 4Lo it makes sometimes a loud clunking noise and feels like it jumps out of 4Lo and back in frequently. The whole car is shaking and it really sounds horrible so i stop the car and put it back in 4Hi. The next time i put in 4Lo it will work properly.

I´m always shifting in neutral before putting it in 4Lo or out of it and the speed is less than 3mph! By the way, it´s a manual converted tcase. 233 with 3 buttons.

I´m really scared to ruin the tcase, and just stay in 4Hi and 1st gear now on steep hills. Seem like i need a new tcase
