Default 4wd Problems

My 1998 chevy blazer shifts into 4HI or LO Easily but since the day i got it has a problem coming out of 4wd. I have replaced the vaccums lines and the accuator. It trys to shifts out of the 4wd, you can hear it inside the car and underneath clicking. If anyone knows what is happing please let me know. Thank you~Nick

sounds like an encoder motor to me, i would try one from the junkyard first. their pretty expensice new.

thats what i was thinking too. I have to go check out the U pull it junk yard. It is horrible how many blazers that are there from cash for clunkers

same up here in ny, it think it becasue they got like an extra $2000 if the new car they bought had better gas mileage then the "clunker", and as im sure you knw, the mpg's on theese trucks suck!

yeah but there no as bad as dodge trucks. I still get 15 average on my blazer with 31 inch tires.
