the light on my 2 wheel hi wont light up also when i press 4 hi it blinks and makes a bunch of clicking the light stays off and clicking stops but does not engage in 4x4 what could be wrong?

Connect pin 13 on the data link cable to a vehicle ground source ?

the 13th pin on the obd2/ and where can i easily ground it ?

also when im in normal 2 wheel drive should one of the lights be on i have 3 button 4x4 on dash
