Hi guys,

I have some trouble with my transmission. It started with strange behaviors in cruising speed which was resolved by a new TV cable which is already starting to show a deterioration and it is only three months old. In addition, when i halt the truck there is an aggressive bang in the last downshift. and i can't describe it differently but the transmission have a general feeling of looseness.
I have this truck for five years now and i think it's time for some maintenance work. I'm playing with the idea of buying a service manual and a rebuild kit and doing it myself. i would appreciate it if you can recommend a good professional manual and a stock rebuild kit.
