If you send me your email address I can email you the troubleshooting section for the Fuel Pump Relay out of the factory Service Manual. I tried toupload the file but have not been able to do it. you can email me at [email protected] I scanned the two pages as a PDF file.

Thank you to all who have helped me. I found the problem to be bad wiring from the relay to the tank. Although I didn't find the problem I fixed it by running a new wire from the relay to the pump. According to Chilton there's no fuse or other relay on the bad wire, so this should work just fine in the long run. It does suck when you buy non returnable parts that you don't need, but atleast there's 2 less things I have to worry about (fuel pump and relay, both new). Thanks again, I'm off to tuck away my new wiring and reinstall the gas tank and get my truck off road again.
