89 blazer running issue

89 blazer running issue
i have and 89 blazer wit a 95 4.3 vortex in it the motor when it get hots will shut off and hard to start and will run like **** i replaced the module and it didnt do the promplem someone told me it could be the computer is this right and any suggestions would help alot thank u
