Just purchased a 92 Chevy Blazer w/ 5.7 4wd.
Check engine light comes on once the motor has warmed up. I checked the OBD and 23 code came up on the dash. 23 seems to be the intake air temp sensor but all the literature I’ve read shows that part not being manufacturer installed on the 1992 5.7’s. Air cleaner and ducts are all intact and installed. I don’t see any place that the sensor could have originally been installed. I could be wrong on that. Question is, does anyone have the same 23 code issue on a 1992? How did you fix? Any help is greatly appreciated.
