92 s-10 starting issue

Default 92 s-10 starting issue

I've got a 92 s-10 blazer with a vin w vortec in it that wont start what shoud fuel pressure be when you turn the key on and what should it hold at?

I believe the fuel pressure should be 60 to 66 psi, and when at idle decrease about 3 to 10 psi. I have not done this in a while but I'm pretty sure those are the numbers.

my pressure bleeds of right away eve after replacing the spider with new regulater what else could cause the pressure drop? also I hear the pump activate when I turn the key on

the fuel lines under the upper intake can leak too. What did it look like under the plenum?
