93 blazer shift hard

93 blazer shift hard
I have a 93 blazer that shifts hard from 1-2 all the time. Don't matter if I just start it up and take off or if have been driving for while it still shifts hard. It also shifts hard from park to drive. It is a 4x4 93 chevy s10 blazer with around 200k miles sand still runs great other then the shifting. What's the problem?
