Default 2001 chevy blazer (Hard shift into D & R)

Took into a repair shop for noise when hitting gas pedal and hard jerking/knocking into drive and reverse noise came from the rear end the repair shop put in new barrings . Still has the hard jerking/knocking into drive and reverse when you first start the car up in the morning it shifts completely fine you don't feel or hear anything, but once the vehicle heats up it begins to do the jerking. also when it does it, it feels like it lifts the vehicle up in drive and down in reverse. It sounds like the noise is coming from the transfer case but not sure. I was wondering if anyone could help me out with this it would really help thank you emily
